There’s always a lot of talk from the conspiracy folk on how they are awake while everyone else is asleep. But a conspiracy theorist who believes in every conspiracy they are presented with are no more awake than those they claim to be “asleep”.
Here’s why:

Some will come out of this and say that Paul was actually discovering some alien stuff and this whole movie is the disinformation campaign, to which I say, that doesn’t matter, because the lesson here regardless is that our government carries out disinformation campaigns on certain populations and one must always remain diligent. We knew this was the case, but the details of this story provide a scope.
This story alone throws every conspiracy into question.
Something funny that happens in the conspiracy space that I wanted to note. Is when like a conspiracy figurehead gets turned on, not that sort of turned on, but like they get so big that they are inevitably called a government agent by a smaller figure in the space.
Now suddenly this person feels what they have been doing to others all this time, casting wrongful aspersions, but the irony is usually lost on them. A great example of this is in behind the curve, when the two leaders within the flat earth community turn on each other.
